At Sanofi Canada we recognize that programs which encourage disease prevention and management are vital to promoting healthy living. It is part of our mandate to support patients and communities by ensuring that they have access to information which will help them live healthy and productive lives. Sanofi Biogenius Canada

Sanofi Biogenius Canada (SBC) is a national, biotechnology-focused science competition that exposes high school and CEGEP students to the exciting field of biotechnology and the opportunities a career in the bio-economy might hold for them.

These students have the chance to participate in cutting-edge research projects that tackle some of the day’s toughest challenges.

The SBC helps build Canada’s biotechnology capacity by offering the next generation of scientists the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of what it takes to succeed in the bio-economy.

 

High School CPR Program – ACT Foundation of Canada

The Advanced Coronary Treatment (ACT) Foundation brings CPR and defibrillator training programs to high schools across Canada. Dedicated to empowering Canadians to save lives, their goal is to see all youth graduate with these skills and knowledge.

The program also has a strong health promotion component, encouraging youth to adopt healthy lifestyle habits at a young age.

 

Giant Colon Tour (Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada)

The Giant Colon is a multimedia exhibition for all ages that features all of the pathologies that may be found inside the human colon, including colorectal cancer. The Giant Colon exhibition tours Canada and appears at community centres, gymnasiums, hotels and shopping malls. Sanofi Canada is the National Lead Sponsor of this event.
